Refund and Return Policy


You may return or exchange (where available) your purchase for any reason, not including sale items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 7 days from the date of receive. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.


Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.


For lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear. Including swimwear, earrings, hair accessories etc.


Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes

The above policy only applies to the Online Store. We are unable to accept returns on items purchased Online. Online returns must send to the specified address in order to be processed. Returns other than for faulty items must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty or required by law.

1.Return Form

Fill the Return Form and emailing to our customer care. All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return as well.

2. Exchanges

We can only exchange items for a different size. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, we regret we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchange. If you wish to exchange for a different style, we recommend returning your purchase for a refund and placing another order. OR exchange for credit note that can be use online or instore.

3.Sending Returns

When returning items, please specify your order number on the outside of the package and enclose:

• The completed Returns Form

• Your Invoice (included in your delivery)

• The item(s) for return, including packaging


For all returns, please mail the item back to the correct address. Contact by our customer care.

For returns sent by mail, please use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe. Do not add a 'signature on delivery' requirement to the parcel. This may result in extended delays and/or parcel rejection.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund and place another order for a different product. Otherwise we can exchange for a credit note in your account. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.

We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Returns in Person

Please note, we are unable to accept Online Store returns in person at our Head Office or instore

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to.
