PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-3 business days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to midday AEST. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 business days depending on your location.
Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-12 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO box addresses.
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For shipping outside of Australia, we use AUS POST international express service if your order dispatched from Australia warehouse. For orders shipped from other warehouse may use EMS/FEDEX. Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST. For orders being shipped internationally, Australian GST is removed from the order price, prior to local taxes and duties being applied in the checkout.
If you are shipping from an Australia store to an Australia shipping address - you will not have to pay any duties at all.
If you are shipping internationally, we ship orders with delivery duty unpaid. This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax but there may be other local taxes that you may need to pay to receive your goods.
This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes:
1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia.2. Duties charged for processing by your country.
Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a refund.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Fashionontop is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by us. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order, however our usual returns process is available. store Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team from Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm (GMT). If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at email@example.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we accept no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
If there are any delays to your order, you will be notified via email. Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.
Shipments which are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. On the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
All orders arrive packaged in Fashionontop tissue paper and a fashionontop box which is suitable for gift giving. If you wish to include a hand-written card with your gift order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after the order has been placed, referencing your order number and the card's message.
