Delivery Policy

ORDER TRACKING

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of yourorder. Once we have verified your order and payment details and have approved yourorder for shipment, we will email you again to inform you of this.

In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, youwill receive an email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting furtherinformation.

All items are shipped from our boutiques, therefore if you have ordered items frommore than one boutique, you will receive a delivery from each boutique separately.

You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email, and youcan also check the status in your My Account section through all stages from Order Placed, Payment OK, Order Ready to Go, Order Sent and finally Order Delivered.

You can also go to online.toll.com.au anytime to view and monitor the status of your shipments, by inserting the tracking number supplied.

Shipping times will vary based on the service selected at checkout, please refer to our Shipping section for more information. Please note fashionontop.com.au cannot take responsibility for any delays to orders due to customs clearance or payment transaction delays.

CANCELLATIONS

fashionontop.com.au is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed by the store. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it if you wish. If you have not yet received an email confirming the order has been processed, you may still be able to cancel it.

SHIPPING

By placing an order with fashionontop.com.au, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to fashionontop.com.au. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

We ship worldwide via toll & toll priority with services from toll group in selected countries. All services make deliveries between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

*Shipping price range is based on a box weighing from 1kg to 8kg, if your package is heavier than this it may incur an additional charge

DUTIES AND TAXES

CUSTOMERS IN AUSTRALIA

If you are shipping from an Australia store to an Australia shipping address – you will not have to pay any duties at all.

CUSTOMERS IN THE REST OF THE WORLD

For customers in the Rest of the World, we ship orders with delivery duty unpaid. This means that import duties are excluded from the prices you see online and you may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You will not have to pay VAT or Sales Tax but there may be other local taxes that you may need to pay to receive your goods.
